IGPWO (Interior Gateway Protocol Weight Optimizer)
IGPWO is an IGP weight optimizer based on a tabu-search heuristic and written by Selin Cerav-Erbas and Hakan Umit. It was integrated in the TOTEM toolbox by Selin Cerav-Erbas, Hakan Umit, Simon Balon, Olivier Delcourt, Jean Lepropre and Fabian Skivée.You can find much more information about IGPWO here.
